Individual Work

As the name suggests, Individual Work is about your individual requests, questions, and problems that can be as specific and individual as the person requesting the appointment.  Many, if not all, of my teachers have maintained that there are no questions not worth asking; if a person has a question, there is something that that person wants to know more about, however trivial, secondary, or unimportant that may seem. And as we all know, one question leads to another. 

Process approach is uniquely adapted to unfocused questions due to the open nature of its methodology. Perhaps the way questions are asked contains an opening, or gestures or some other component to the verbal channel. And a friendly listener who is attentive to another's needs often creates a dialogue where hesitation prevailed. 

People should expect to be encouraged to follow their gestures and invited to move with the developing rhythm, flow, and direction of the movement. With Process Approach, we want to encourage people to learn to follow their bodies, to recognize and to acknowledge that innate source of wisdom that has been repressed for generations in favor of thinking. Here we reconcile a great resource to work with physical and psychological process together.
